"The transition to centralized print management based on the Print-X service reduces printing costs by up to 50%. This savings consists of several factors: favorable conditions that Servionica, as a partner of leading manufacturers of office office equipment, provides customers with, reduced unproductive printing costs, the ability to rent printed devices from the provider instead of direct purchases. The transition to Print X takes only a few days. "

According to the developer, the need for such a service is obvious, based on expert assessments of the situation with paper document circulation: this is one of the main operating costs of large companies and organizations. The cost of printing documents ranges from 10 to 30% of the IT expenses of companies, due to the growth of the exchange rate and the imposition of sanctions on the purchase of foreign equipment and original consumables, the delivery time and service costs have increased. At the same time, about 20% of documents are lost, printed by mistake or in excessive quantities. This is not only the excess cost of electricity and consumables, but also the risk of leakage of confidential information. According to InfoWatch, the cause of 64.5% of corporate data leaks is not external intrusions, but the negligence or intent of employees (2018 data). An uncontrollably printed document can be of interest to both competitors and unscrupulous personnel.
