"Gazprom Transgaz Belarus" completed the organization of a management information system

On May 23, 2017 the IBA Group company announced an implementation project of the management information system (MIS) of the enterprise for the order of JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus.

Project Tasks

In 2015 IBA Group together with JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus put the management information system (MIS) of the enterprise into operation. In 2017 specialists of IBA Group continued development of a system and automated maintaining the normative reference information of business partners means of SAP MDG.

Project Progress

Within the project replacement of transactions of maintaining the reference book of business partners in SAP MDM on transaction in the module SAP MDG is made. Responsibility for completeness and quality of the data provided to experts of NSI is set to end users of a system with implementation of this module that allowed to raise accuracy of the information on business partners in the SAP ECC system.

Within the project are carried out:

• complex testing of business process of maintaining the reference book of business partners with participation of key users
• user training in the video conference mode at once in 18 branches of the enterprise.

In addition to development of a management information system, upgrade of an electronic document management system based on OpenText from version 10.5 (on Oracle) on version 16.0 (on HANA) is executed.

Within development of an electronic document management system:

• the systems of development, testing and the productive OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions 16 system together with the corresponding SAP systems are installed
• all user data of a productive system from the previous version (10.5) are transferred.
• project duration on updating of the version and data migration of 15 working days.
