The Strelets-Chasovoy complex intended for providing and control of safety of staff with localization of the military personnel both on the open areas of the protected territory and in the building is made by the St. Petersburg developer of security systems ArgusSpectrum.

For the first time in the world the location of staff with a bracelet can be defined as on the open areas of the protected territory (GLONASS), and in premises.

Thanks to a bracelet the commander can observe movement and location of the serviceman on an object, and by means of silent vibration to notify staff in case of a non-staff situation.

The mobile set is developed especially for law enforcement agencies and represents a small suitcase with the screen to which the map with display of location of fighters, and bracelets is output. Such suitcase works in a standalone mode 8 hours, it is possible to recharge from the socket or the car. And hours in a standby mode function month.

The set provides:

• the hidden transfer of alarm from the serviceman
• control of location of the serviceman
• hidden notification of the military personnel
• remote control of actions of officials of guard, garrison (daily allowance) dress

Basic element is the radio channel bracelet of the serviceman.

Main features of a bracelet:

• Personal notification (vibrosignal, light, sound).
• Continuous status monitoring of the military personnel (immovability sensor).
• Control of location (GLONASS tracking, control of an input in a prohibited zone).
• The disturbing button (transfer of a disturbing signal on the commander's panel with display of location of the Bracelet on the plan).

Also a system is capable to work at a temperature to minus 50 degrees.

All connections of airborne forces of Russia will equip with the Sagittarius sentry complexes

All stationary subjects to connections of the Airborne Troops (AT) of Russia deployed in the Tula and Ivanovo regions and also in Krasnodar Krai, are supplied with a protection complex "Sagittarius sentry", gave Military Obozreny in department information and mass communications of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

On objects of the airborne forces which are subject to protection, the modern complex is applied in the continuous round-the-clock duty.

"All paratroopers involved in security of the protected object have personal "smart hours bracelets" allowing is reserved to transfer to the commander's panel information on the protected digital channel in real time about implementation of security actions". - it is said in the statement

The communication channel which is used for transfer of such data on distance up to 50 km cannot be intercepted or muffled modern means of radio-electronic fight.

The remained connections of airborne forces of Russia having the protected objects are going to be provided with modern complexes of technical means of protection "Sagittarius sentry" by 2020.

"The feature of the applied technology of a remote system of protection "An hour Sagittarius" allows not only to exercise independent control of a situation on the protected objects and to define the violator, the place and time of violation, but also to make collecting and monitoring of information on the state of health of participants of control and boundaries of protection", - added in department.

Application

For example, Sagittarius allows to define that the employee entered a prohibited zone or did not leave an evacuation area in case of emergency.

The immovability sensor thanks to which it is possible to define that with the employee not everything is all right is built in a bracelet. In case of need the carrier of a bracelet can give an alarm, having pressed the corresponding button.

Besides, Sagittarius allows to send to employees and visitors the paging messages signaling about emergencies, evacuation, etc.

Certification

Bracelets Sagittarius are certified according to IP67 standard that demonstrates their security from moisture. ArgusSpectrum also plans certification of devices for compliance to requirements to explosion stability. Thus, bracelets can be used for identification of victims in case of tragic incidents.

Versions

The set Sagittarius exists in mobile and stationary options. The tablet from which system management, and bracelets is exercised enters mobile option. The cost of such set is 600-800 thousand rubles. The stationary option means management from the desktop computer, its cost depends on a complete set.
