On June 26, 2017 the 1C-Rarus company announced end of system implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" in "the State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev".

Choosing a Solution

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of an information system which would help to unify methodology of personnel records and payroll, simplified collecting and consolidation of data from all branches and reduced time for formation of the regulated reporting. For the solution of assigned tasks the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" was selected. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in implementation. In 9 months a system was unrolled in 500 workplaces.

Project Results

In a system detailed account of labor costs of each employee is kept, expense allocation in places of emergence of costs and order accounts on difficult algorithms which rules are configured by economists depending on a profile of structural divisions is executed. It allows the management of the enterprise to estimate a real picture of loading of personnel, to quickly analyze overexpenditures, to adjust work of divisions and to provide to customers reasonable and detailed reports on labor costs of specialists on project implementation.

Operational payroll calculation, holidays and sick-lists for 17,000 employees of "the State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev" taking into account 300 types of charges, 26 deduction types and 20 leave types, including for work in harmful working conditions, at Baikonur Cosmodrome, etc. is provided. Duplication of information input in a system is excluded.

Process of collecting and processing of financial data became more ordered and clear. The regulated reporting strictly corresponds to the current legislation of the Russian Federation and moves in regulatory authorities automatically from a system.

Very convenient navigation and clear interface. Our first small victory - successful delivery of the quarter reporting. "The system constructed based on the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" significantly simplified work of staff of "the State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev". Need of transition to a modern system ripened long ago and now we can safely claim that we made a right choice. All analytical data are stored in a uniform format now that increases transparency of cost accounting and increases the speed of acceptance of management decisions. If earlier the enormous amount of time left on payroll calculation, insurance premiums, taxes, and then for elimination of the revealed errors, then now these tasks are carried out quicker and more qualitatively. In our plans for 2017 - replication of a system on our 2 enterprises with the total number of staff of 10,000 people: The Ust-Katavsky Car-building Plant (UKCBP) of S.M. Kirov and Production association "Weeds" (Omsk)".
