Inventive Retail Group implemented the system of involvement of personnel based on SAP SuccessFactors

SAP and Inventive Retail Group Group managing monobranded shops of electronics, children's and sports goods at the end of June, 2017 announced start of a corporate system of adaptation and involvement of personnel based on SAP SuccessFactors. The project was executed by ABC Consulting company.

The cloud SAP SuccessFactors system integrates tools for personnel recruitment, adaptation of new employees, their joint work, training, control of indicators now and also for talent management. On a response of the customer, it is the full-fledged platform for complex work with personnel of the company which totals more than 2 thousand users from dozens of the cities of Russia. Employees use as well mobile version of the solution.

Using the new Inventive Retail Group system solves problems of increase in the involvement of employees of shops into process of corporate communication and achievements of goals of business, increases in transparency and simplifications of process of management of tasks of employees, decrease in a staff turnover and acceleration of adaptation of new personnel.
