On July 13, 2017 Technoserv Consulting presented the solution "TSC Loyalty Cloud". Retail market Technoserv Consulting is engaged in creation and automation of programs of loyalty for large federal players more than 10 years. Taking into account the growing demand in the market of average and small networks the solution allowing the companies to predict a customer behavior and to manage their consumer activity was created.

Uniqueness of service – lack of significant investments into the solution from client side at the functionality in many respects exceeding functionality of large western software makers and also availability of the knowledge base of best practices of the Russian market.

Upon purchase of a subscription for the solution, the partner receives the automated jobs of marketing specialists allowing to accumulate and segment the customer base, to communicate with clients on different communication channels, to configure mechanics of encouragement, to analyze responses and to do all necessary analytical reports.

The platform consists of four modules: the analytical system, the module of motivational mechanics, CRM, the communication module with clients.

Also important problem which is solved by the platform – execution of FZ-54. Service interacts with mobile application of tax administration that allows to leave from plastic and to use the QR code of mobile application as the identifier and also to send electronic checks for mail of the buyer.

At the checkout the camera fixes the person of the buyer and at once the cashier obtains the complete information about the client: his product preferences, participation level, participant status and other data. A system will record the image from the camera, identifies the client and will add bonuses for purchase, at the same time the additional hardware is not required, the normal cameras mounted in most shops approach.

As for security of client data, it is important to note that a system does not store the photo of users, only a hash with a set of the attributes creating a key in the database.

"TSC Loyalty Cloud" can be placed in a cloud platform the Technoserv Cloud, in third-party data center, or in data center of the customer. For each client perhaps individual configuring of options of service and level of support.

"TSK: the loyalty program" can work based on such platforms as Oracle Siebel CRM Oracle Siebel Loyalty Management Oracle BI SAP CRM, Sap Loyalty and SAP BW.
