2020: Announcement of the Plot of MF complex
On February 5, 2020 the company "Ruselectronics" reported that it developed the next generation of the equipment for data reception from hydrometeorological satellites for Armed Sil RUSSIAN FEDERATION. This equipment will allow to receive satellite pictures of high resolution in expanded frequency range.
According to the company, Plot of MF − the multifunction basic point intended for operational acceptance, processing and the analysis of the hydrometeorological and geophysical information arriving from spacecrafts of hydrometeorological appointment.
The Plot of MF complex has two stationary options of a complete set and one mobile. Computing means and the portable receiving satellite antenna equipped with the positioning mechanism are included in the mobile delivery. The equipment is held for use both in stationary, and in field conditions, and has high degree of protection against mechanical damages and influence of factors of weather.
In comparison with the previous generation of the similar equipment this multifunction point allows to perform acceptance of satellite pictures of high resolution in C-and H-frequency ranges.
The model executes processing of space meteorological information and calculates such parameters as temperature of a land surface and the sea, height of the upper bound of clouds, type and intensity of rainfall, moisture content of the soil on its basis. The complex displays the data obtained as a result of calculations in the form of tables or imposes on electronic cards. The equipment can be integrated into special purpose automated control systems and be applied to creation of geographic information systems.
Widespread gidrometerologichesky services do not conform to requirements of information security and cannot be applied in Armed Forces. For hydrometeorological providing army special collection points for information are used. The Syuzhet-MF complex created by the enterprises of Ruselectronics allows to obtain exact and detailed information on weather. Preliminary tests of a product were passed successfully, the complex is ready to an exit to the state tests. |
Scientific Research Institute Televideniya acted as the developer of the equipment, the software for a complex was created by specialists of scientific research institute of software tools.
2017: Representation of mobile autonomous office "Syuzhet-MB"
Engineers of holding "Ruselectronics" Rostec provided to State corporation in the summer of 2017 mobile autonomous collection point from space satellites of hydrometeorological information, these navigation systems GLONASS/ GPS and also programs of digital television.
The equipment is held for use both in stationary, and in field conditions, and has high degree of protection against mechanical damages and influence of factors of weather."Similar complexes are used in army and well proved at dislocation in hardly accessible areas. We consider that development can find application in the conditions of any long expeditions – geological, archaeological or ethnographic, on log objects, in okhotovedchesky and fishing farms, in forest areas and reserves. It is applicable everywhere where we deal with deployment of human activity in the conditions of lack of infrastructure", - the deputy CEO – the secretary of state of JSC Ruselectronics [Brykin Arseny] reported].
The organizations of Roshydromet and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation are interested in the mobile office which received the name "Syuzhet-MB", Arseny noted.
The complex developed by the St. Petersburg JSC Scientific Research Institute of Television provides acceptance, registration, processing and storage of hydrometeorological information from the domestic and foreign satellites "Meteor", NOAA, Meteosat, including perspective - FY-3 and "METOP". Performs signal pick-up in analog formats in the range of metric waves of APT (137 MHz) and WEFAX (1.7 GHz) and also digital – HRPT and MHRPT in the range of 1.7 GHz.
Besides, the equipment allows to accept signals of digital television broadcasting in the range of 11.7 - 12.5 GHz, facsimile meteorological charts in the FAX format and telegrams in the RTTY format in the range of short waves with a frequency from 1.5 MHz to 30 MHz.
Also mobile office for "Syuzhet-MB" provides determination of spatio-temporal characteristics in the place of acceptance of information with an accuracy of 5 m and 1 microsec, depending on number of active satellites of global GLONASS/GPS navigation systems.
Time of deployment of point in an operating mode – 20 min., and power consumption does not exceed 500 BA. Operating range of temperatures of a complex – from minus 50 to 50 C. Warranty service life of 7 years.
