Biography

Georgy was born in 1964 in the city of Lviv.

In 1987 graduated from Military space academy to them. A.F. Mozhaysky.

Served in 27 Central Research Institutes Ministry of Defence.

From 1993 to 2002 worked in the company "Relaks Company.

From 2002 to 2004 worked in MMA of I.M. Sechenov.

In 2004 became the associate director on IT of Central Research and Development Institute of the organization and informatization of health care (TsNIIOIZ). Process of informatization of health care in the subjects of the Russian Federation went slowly at this time, periodically being interrupted. For 2011, for example, regional officials were engaged in preparation of tenders on creation of the fragments of Uniform State Health Information System, but in January, 2012 the letter from Moscow nearly blocked this work. The associate director of TSNIIOIZ Georgy Lebedev wrote to regions that competitions should be held only after obtaining the expert opinion of the Ministry of Health on technical specifications. The ministry was forced to disprove it and to urge officials to continue to prepare tenders.

In 2010 Georgy Lebedev received an academic degree of the Doctor of Engineering.
