Biography

Maxim was born in 1972 in Tiraspol (Moldavian SSR).

He studied at a school in the city of Chisinau (Moldavian SSR).

In 1997 he graduated from Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia).

In 1998, he graduated from the Institute of Securities in Melbourne.

In 2004 he graduated from the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law.

In 1998 he worked at Oneximbank.

In 1999, he worked as head of the financial department, head of the treasury and foreign exchange operations department, deputy manager of the branch of the South Sakhalin branch of Rosbank.

From 2003 to 2006, he worked as head of the treasury department, deputy chairman of the board, chairman of the board of Conversbank bank.

From 2007 to 2009, he worked as head of the Moscow branch, head of the retail business directorate of Rosbank.

In 2010, he received the post of head of the central territorial administration of Rosbank.

In 2012, he was appointed Executive Director for Retail Business of Rossiya Bank.
