Biography
Artem Minaev graduated from the Faculty of Public Administration of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Artem Minaev headed the PR direction of Moscow Domodedovo Airport, and earlier for more than 14 years at various levels he was responsible for communications at VimpelCom Ltd. (today VEON), where he went from a specialist in organizational development and internal communications VimpelCom (Beeline) to head of media relations at the company's headquarters in the Netherlands.
During his career, Artem implemented PR projects to support the launch of new companies and brands in Russia and the CIS countries, two of which were nominated for the SABRE Awards; developed and implemented full-scale communication and social projects, which were also awarded various industry prizes.
Artem Minaev has been appointed Director of Public Relations, Information Policy and Corporate Responsibility at Microsoft in Russia since August 1, 2017. He is responsible for Microsoft's external and internal communications strategy in Russia, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, and media outreach at the federal and regional levels. In this post, he replaced Marina Levina, who has been working as Microsoft's director of commercial communications in the Asia-Pacific region since August 14.
