Biography

In 1999 Maxim Bobrov graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in "Accounting and audit". In 2011 completed a managerial course at the Harvard business school.

In 2001-2003 - the specialist of department of the international reporting in Ilim Pulp Enterprise.

In 2003-2006 - the Head of Department of financial statements according to IFRS in RTC-Leasing.

In 2006-2007 worked as the senior consultant in PwC.

From 2007 to 2016 - the chief financial officer of Royal Canin.

2017: CEO Copier of the CIS

In July, 2017 Maxim Bobrov was appointed the CEO Copier of the CIS. The company told TAdviser that positions of financial and general directors Copier of the CIS are traditionally occupied by one employee. Maxim Bobrov came to the company at the beginning of 2016 and at first was appointed only to the position of the chief financial officer. During this "transitional" period duties of the CEO were fulfilled by Alexander Korneev, combining them with work on a position of the director of the department of outsourcing of dokumentoyemky processes. In July, 2017 the traditional scheme of distribution of powers was recovered, and Maxim Bobrov combined duties of financial and general directors Copier of the CIS.

Natalya Kolosova, the HR director of Xerox Eurasia, noted that according to structure of the company, the head of business is the president of Xerox company Eurasia Sergey Chernovolenko. The zone of its responsibility includes business development and strategic positioning of Xerox in the territory of Eurasia in the field of promotion and service maintenance of the equipment, technologies and services in information management and documents. The CEO's position Copier of the CIS assumes more administrative functions, Kolosova says.

With Maxim Bobrov's appointment Alexander Korneev remained in Xerox company Eurasia at a position of the director of the department of outsourcing of dokumentoyemky processes. Since July, 2017 he is responsible for development of this direction of business not only in Russia, but also in the CIS countries.
