2020: Reconstruction of power grid objects

"The first engineer" (enters into LANIT group) announced on May 27, 2020 completion of modernization of a feed circuit of power grid objects of JSC Apatit – Cherepovets industrial complex of the PhosAgro Group. The company executed a full range of "turnkey" works, including design, construction and commissioning. Project objectives – partial transfer of a power supply of the body of chemical water purification to the constructed transformer substation, removal of loading from thermal power station.

For construction of transformer substation "First engineer" built the block and modular steel concrete building and supplied the necessary equipment: transformers with air and barrier isolation, the low-voltage complete distributor of 0.4 kV, ventilation cabinets, cabinets of the security fire warning, cabinets of own needs, cabinets of thermal protection of the transformer, copper cables of 0.4 kV with isolation from etilenpropilenovy rubber. On the end of installation and construction works the planned loadings were transferred to transformer substation.

Specialists of the company also executed integration of variable-frequency drives of 0.4 kV of pumping group and a distribution frame of the low-voltage complete distributor of 0.4 kV into the existing industrial control system of chemical water purification of combined heat and power plant.

At the second stage of the project the company developed the project and work documentation for modernization of distribution cabinets of 0.4 kV of the body of chemical water purification within the forthcoming full-scale reconstruction of an object.

2019: Upgrade of distribution and transformer substations

On March 1, 2019 "The first engineer" (enters into LANIT group) announced completion of construction of distribution and transformer substations for Cherepovets branch JSC Apatit (PhosAgro group). The company executed a full range of "turnkey" works, including design, construction and commissioning for ensuring power supply of unit for production of sulfate of ammonium and the combined raw-material storage.

The need for expansion of power infrastructure on JSC Apatit is dictated by input of additional production capacities. For construction of distribution substation The First Engineer company built the block and modular steel concrete building, supplied the necessary equipment, in particular, of a cell of the complete distributor. Specialists also installed the system of an operational direct current (SODC), the systems of telemechanics and electricity metering integrated into the general supervisory control system of JSC Apatit, the security fire warning, an access control system, a heating and ventilation system.

For transformer substation the company built the certain block and modular steel concrete building to which two power transformers with cast isolation of 10/0.4 1600 kVA kV, the low-voltage complete device with tension of 0.4 kV were installed. Specialists of the company equipped the building with the fire extinguishing system, the system of telemechanics, a heating and ventilation system and also a management system for outside lighting by means of the astronomical time delay switch.

Connected distribution and transformer substations "First engineer" among themselves a cable rack 350 m long which was built using the bases on the basis of bored piles. Substations and a cable rack will allow to provide power supply of production and a warehouse of sulfate of ammonium. They will support full functioning of the existing installations, pipeline lines, technology chains and the equipment.

The increased operating capacity always creates the raised load of the available power infrastructure therefore any large-scale project on expansion of production should be followed by development, upgrade or expansion of power infrastructure. The substations constructed by The First Engineer company for JSC Apatit will allow to provide stable and safe power supply after start of additional production facilities.

2018

Reconstruction of integral transformer substation and electric distribution point

On September 28, 2018 "The first engineer" announced accomplishment of reconstruction of integral transformer substation and an electric distribution point in a nitric complex of JSC Apatit.

Power transformers of JSC Apatit

"The first engineer" inspected an object, developed the main technical solutions and the design estimates. The company executed a selection and delivery to the enterprise of necessary electric equipment, including power transformers with air and barrier isolation, low-voltage complete distributors. Specialists of the company dismantled obsolete electric equipment and also carried out construction, wiring and commissioning.

The Russian producer and the exporter of phosphorus-containing fertilizers of JSC Apatit made the decision on modernization of transformer substation and a distribution point in connection with construction of a complex of production of the granulated carbamide. A project objective – increase in power of power supply of a node of shipment of the packed-up carbamide to end consumers.

Upgrade of transformer substation of TP65-1

On August 8, 2018 The First Engineer company announced reconstruction of substation of TP65-11 of the European producer of phosphorus-containing fertilizers, phosphoric and sulfuric Apatite acids. Replacement of block integral transformer substation allowed to increase the power, quality and safety of power supply of production lines and consumers of the enterprise.

Replacement of block substation of TP65-1 was required because of moral and physical deterioration of the equipment, besides, was going to expand technology production chains at the enterprise.

Specialists of "The first engineer" inspected substation and the associated equipment: collected initial data, developed and protected the design estimates on construction of block integral transformer substation of 10/0.4 kV. The old substation was dismantled and transferred the existing engineering networks, without stopping production processes at the enterprise, – all consumers were provided with power supply according to the time scheme.

Supply of equipment both construction and commissioning became the next stage of the project. Within the project the company also developed and implemented an automated system of operating dispatching control and telemechanics of block integral transformer substation.

2017: Reconstruction of distribution substation of RP-13

The First Engineer company announced on September 12, 2017 project implementation on modernization of distribution substation of RP-13 of 10 kV body 5.17 of the Phosphoric complex of JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets.

PhosAgro — one of global manufacturers of phosphorus-containing fertilizers for whose providing opportunities of further growth actively develops not only production capacities but also invests in updating of power infrastructure. Timely replacement of electric equipment which fulfilled the resource on meeting the modern requirements — the compulsory provision for ensuring stable and safe power supply of a production equipment.

Project Progress

So, within the program of upgrade of a power supply system of the Phosphoric complex and creation of a power supply system of production under construction of Sulphate of Ammonium of PhosAgro Cherepovets specialists of "The first engineer" in 2017 was performed a complex of works on modernization of distribution substation of RP-13 of body 5.17 put into operation in 1980. This substation was the major link as from it power supply of the vast majority of production cycles of the Phosphoric complex was performed for PhosAgro Cherepovets. Complete upgrade of distribution substation of RP-13 included replacement of the existing complete distributor (CD) of 10 kV of KRU2-10 series with VMPE-10 low-oil circuit-breakers on cells of KRU of 10 kV of the MCset series with Evolis vacuum circuit-breakers of production Schneider Electric.

Within the project specialists of "The first engineer" performed all complex of "turnkey" works. The main technical solutions were developed, work and estimate documentation is prepared, supply of materials and the equipment is made, also commissioning are executed construction. High-quality and fast accomplishment of these works allowed to perform in the shortest possible time commissioning of the object in commercial operation.

Accomplishment of installation and construction works on this project had a number of features, one of which consisted in executing loading of extremely expensive cells of the distributor to the substation premises through specially designed mounting aperture which is on a mark of 4.8 m from ground level. As the size of a mounting aperture was only a little more, than overall dimension of cells, jewelry accuracy at accomplishment of unloading and loading works was required. This problem to the staff of the company of "The first engineer" was solved attraction of the specialized equipment — the telescopic loader.

Works on modernization of distribution substation of RP-13, besides, included works on installation of the modern systems of the security fire warning, abnormal fire extinguishing on generators of fire extinguishing aerosol, automatic lighting, ventilation, heating, conditioning.

Besides, specialists of "The first engineer" executed development, installation, adjustment and integration into the existing systems of the customer of the automated system of technical electricity metering (ASTEM) allowing to control in real time an electric power expense different consumers and the automated system of operational supervisory control (ASOSC) using which the operation dispatching personnel in real time obtains information on a status, indications and the existing scheme of an electric unit with a possibility of remote control its elements.

Project Results

Harmonious work of specialists of "The first engineer" could perform painless and imperceptible transition to a new power supply system for the operating production thanks to what within project implementation any of numerous production cycles of the Phosphoric complex of JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets was not interrupted.

As a result of modernization of distribution substation of RP-13 by specialists of The First Engineer company the modern electric equipment of global manufacturer allowing to increase quality of power supply, to unload consumers of the master step-down station, to provide stable power supply of the Phosphoric complex and power supply system of production of Sulphate of Ammonium of PhosAgro Cherepovets company was installed.
