BSS Business (the former name — "Mobile Business Client") — the mobile application for legal entities and entrepreneurs intended for the banks using Correqts Corporate — the system of remote banking of legal entities of BSS company.

BSS Business for smartphones is focused both on bank clients of small and medium business, and on clients of large business.

Features

The BSS Business application gives opportunities:

  • information service (reporting under transactions, statements, sheet of a remaining balance),
  • registrations and signatures of payment receiving in rubles of the Russian Federation,
  • additional control (vising) of payment orders in rubles of the Russian Federation.

To authorized persons of the head company of average and large corporate clients BSS Business allows to perform online functions of monitoring, control and authorization (acceptance) of account account transactions of subsidiary companies and branches.

Availability

BSS Business is available to downloading in specialized online stores of applications iOS and AndroidApp Store and Google Play.

2018

Release of version 3.5

The BSS company announced on April 28, 2018 release of BSS Business of version 3.5 — mobile application for smartphones of corporate clients of banks — both the small and medium companies, and large corporations.

In version 3.5 the additional functionality allowing to simplify process of formation of payment orders and also to raise the security level in interaction with partners is implemented.

So, using Fotoplatezh service users of mobile application will be able to recognize invoices for payment and to create payments according to the photo or of electronic documents. As envisioned by developers, it will allow to make payment of accounts quicker and more conveniently, will reduce time for fillings of the payment order and will reduce the probability of assumption of errors at data entry. Service is implemented using a sensing technology of ABBYY.

In turn, the Svetofor service will allow corporate clients of bank to execute automatic check of reliability of partners, will announce possible risks and also will offer methods of decrease in these risks. For data acquisition from Svetofor it is enough to enter a TIN of the company in the payment order or in a separate widget. Service is implemented using the solution " circuit.focus " of SKB Kontur company.

Mobile application of BSS Business v. 3.5 works with the RBS system Correqts Corporate of version 2.3.26 above and will work with the RBS BS-Client X64 system of version v a little later. 20.1.790 above.

February updating

On February 26, 2018 it became known that the company BSS continues to increase functionality of BSS Business — the mobile solution for corporate clients of bank on smartphones under management operating systems IOS and Android. Within updating about 300 improvements are executed, including:

  • Personal banners. Mobile application became the full-fledged sales channel of banking products and services.
  • Push-notifications. The alternative to SMS mailings allowing banks it is essential to reduce housekeeping overheads of the clients.
  • Push-authorization. Convenient and fast confirmation of transaction with the help of the mobile phone. The code of authorization is transmitted through the protected connection activated using the office Push-message.
  • Integration with the software package PayControl. Fast and easy confirmation of transactions from the mobile phone.
  • Authorization using the biometric scanner person (FaceID) for smartphones iPhone X.
  • Samobrendirovaniye mechanism. Will allow banks independently quickly and conveniently to brand mobile application.
  • Improvements in area of a usability:
    • the updated statement block on the homepage of mobile application;
    • fast and convenient informing the partner on payment — the performed payment with a stamp of bank in a PDF format is delivered in mail, the messenger, etc. comfortable canals;
    • response payment — registration of payments on the mobile device becomes simpler;
    • creation of a route to department of the bank/ATM.

2017: Release of version 3.3

On September 18, 2017 the BSS company released BSS Business v. 3.3 — the mobile application for smartphones focused on corporate clients of banks as small and medium business, and on clients of a large corporate segment.

The changes implemented in the version of BSS Business v. 3.3:

  • Now the application works with "RBS BS-Client x64".
  • Integration with PayControl is made for "RBS BS-Client x64" — users of mobile application can use more convenient method of the signature of documents, at the same time safer, than the SMS, one-time passwords (One-Time Password), scratch cards, MAC tokens.
  • For simplification of an input in the application work with TouchID for iOS and FingerPrint for Android in the RBS system Correqts Corporate is implemented.
  • For convenience of corporate users statements on currency and viewing currency documents are displayed now.
  • The application security level is raised, completions according to the recommendations of Group-IB company are executed.

Mobile application of BSS Business v. 3.3. works with the RBS BS-Client X64 system of version v. 20.1.770 above and with the RBS system Correqts Corporate of version v. 2.3.19 above.

2013: Output to the market

The BSS company announced in January, 2013 an output to the market of new solutions in the field of mobile bank service and cloud services for legal entities. New developments of the company — "Mobile Business Client" (MBC) and "Complex service for clients of bank" offer new approach to providing the DBO traditional services.

"Considering tendencies of the last years to change of a functional role of RBS under the authority of business activities of legal entities and to active junction of users of online services on mobile devices, BSS developed own innovative solutions designed to provide to corporate clients of banks an ability to manage with accounts of the organizations by means of tablets and computers and also a possibility of complex providing the services which are most demanded by them by means of the RBS systems" — Mikhail Vasilyev, the CEO of BSS company told.

So, new development of BSS "Complex Service for Clients of Bank" is addressed, first of all, to the clients representing a segment of SMB (individual entrepreneurs, medium and small business), and provides providing four the business activities of services, most necessary for implementation: "Electronic accounting", Submission of reports, Electronic document management and "Access to the public and municipal services".

According to developers, all provided services are cloud and can be connected by clients of bank independently through a single secure interface of RBS, according to the tariff plan selected by them. The key feature of this development of BSS consists in complex approach to providing services through uniform point of entry which is for clients a bank. "Such approach considerably simplifies mechanisms of use of services by clients and allows to reduce their costs thanks to the uniform login and the password for access to all services, the uniform electronic signature and the uniform vendor providing logic complementary integration of services with each other — noted in BSS. — For banks, in turn, it is a possibility of increase in loyalty of the existing clients and attraction new, increases in financial turnover and an opportunity to generate analytical information on the current financial client state and its requirements.

At the first stage the Electronic Accounting service will be provided based on the 1C: Accounting system. Further BSS developers assume to expand structure of the accounting systems offered clients.

In turn, "Mobile Business the Client" is intended for the organization of remote banking of a wide range of users — from business owners and owners of small and medium business to financial managers of large corporations. The solution opens new opportunities for banks and their clients due to mobility and convenience of account management by means of tablets and smartphones and provides a full-fledged payment service with support to the strengthened qualified electronic signature according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

"Within last year we observed the growing demand for mobile subsystems and applications for the organization of remote banking of legal entities and physical persons — Mikhail Vasilyev noted. — This year, according to forecasts of the international and Russian analysts, demand for tablets and mobile applications will exceed demand for notebooks and the software for the PC. This trend is observed also in business which feels the increasing need in uses of mobile devices for the corporate purposes, and, including, for the RBS organization".

In general "the Client" represents Mobile Business ergonomic, safe, operational and the DBO functional system allowing owners of business, individual entrepreneurs and heads of financial departments to manage with its help by business, and to banks — to increase loyalty of the existing clients from the most demanded segments of the market and to attract new. MBC is supported by the majority of popular gadgets — Samsung Google iPad 4, iPad mini, Galaxy Tab, Samsung Galaxy Note, Nexus, etc. and also platforms iOS Android.

Mobile Business Client of v. 1.0

In version 1.0 of the Mobile Business Client system the following functionality is implemented:

  • viewing information on accounts;
  • receiving account statements;
  • input of the payment order, including from a template;
  • the signature of the payment order the strengthened electronic signature (only for iOS);
  • vising of the payment order the strengthened electronic signature (only for iOS);
  • news of bank, including obligatory to reading;
  • search of offices and ATMs of bank on the card.


The Mobile Business Client system works on iPad tablets running iOS and on tablets with the Android operating system. The electronic signature forms by means of eToken GOST smart card using the specialized reader.
