2024: Model Range Expansion

Ronavi Robotics introduced an updated line of its logistics robots in February 2024. The expansion of the lineup will allow the company to faster perform robotization of customers' warehouses. Ronavi Robotics announced this on March 6, 2024.

The line includes 7 models at once for different business tasks, as well as a H1500 robot.

Expanding the lineup, we received more ready-made solutions for various types of warehouses and business processes. Thanks to this, we will be able to robotize warehouses faster, since we will not need to create a suitable solution from scratch. But if necessary, we can do this too, "said Ivan Borodin, CEO of Ronavi Robotics.

The robot H2000 a carrying capacity of 2 tons and the H1500 model, capable of carrying a load of up to 1.5 tons, are optimal for transporting heavy goods. Due to its large size, the H2000 can safely move dimensional goods, blanks and assemblies, which is important for production logistics.

3 more new models - a line of robots for transporting mobile racks with loads up to 600, 800 and 1000 kg. All models of the H-series allow you to implement the method of assembling orders "Goods to humans," when the picker remains in place, and the necessary goods on mobile racks are brought to him by robots. Using these robots, you can increase the storage density in the warehouse by 2 times, and the speed of assembly of orders - by 10 times.

Another model is CL50. It was created for shelf racks with storage in boxes: the robot is equipped with a vertical mast for capturing goods from a height of up to 12 m and transporting up to 8 boxes of goods at a time.

The line also includes compact [Ronavi S-series Robots for sorting goods|S-series models - S50 and S10]. The first replaces devices for sorting goods in distribution centers. In production conditions, it can carry volumetric trays weighing up to 100 kg. For example, with spare parts for an assembly line. The S10 is a compact robot for automated sorting of letters and parcels.

2020: Ronavi H1500

Logistic robot Ronavi is H1500 used to transport heavy goods. Its specifications for September 2020 are:

  • dimensions: 106 x 64 x 34 cm
  • dead weight: 250 kg
  • lifting capacity: 1500 kg
  • speed: 1.3 m/s

Ronavi H1500

Among the features:

  • Metal housing without brittle elements
  • Movement in any direction without turning the housing
  • Fast charging in 18 minutes
  • Navigation by QR codes
  • Storage modules are fixed during transportation
  • Dual Security: ToF Sensors and Lidars

2017: Robot announcement for warehouse maintenance

The company, Ronavi Robotics created in 2014 by the nanocenters "" and TechnosparkT-nano"," first Russia introduced in September 2017 robot for. warehouse maintenance

A Russian robot in the form of a platform measuring about a meter per half meter, weighs 180 kilograms, but is able to move cargo weighing up to 1.5 tons. Its height is about 30 centimeters and it can carry cargo, slightly lifting its platform. The robot's wheels are designed so that it does not need space to turn around: it can drive sideways.

A robot, or rather a community of robots, can work in any warehouse - you just need to stick labels with a QR code on the racks. Special software developed by Ronavi Robotics controls the position of all robots in the warehouse, regulates movement and gives a delivery order to whoever is closest to the desired box. All this is done automatically, the warehouse operator does not need to know exactly where the goods are in the warehouse, which robot to give the command to, which expensive one to carry - all this program does without human intervention.

The use of robots can make a warehouse much larger. The norms designed for warehouse workers require that the passages between the rows of storage spaces are not already 2.5 meters. For robots, 1 meter is enough, which immediately increases the area available for storing goods by one and a half times. In addition, robots can work around the clock, they do not need lighting and comfortable temperatures, and they can be used even in specialized rooms - for example, inside refrigeration plants.

Warehouses of large companies serve tens of thousands of people who bring and place goods in stock, mark and sort them, move, process orders, find, transport and issue shipments.

The Ronavi Robotics system is able to make the warehouse almost deserted, as for example, this has already been done in the warehouses of the global technology leader - Amazon: having received a request, robots independently find the desired product on a rack, bring it in and give it away for shipment. Amazon's 13 warehouse centers around the world now employ 45,000 logistics robots. Robotic warehouse systems reduce operating costs by 20%, save space and allow you to store 50% more goods in warehouses.
