In 2005 the organization was included into Biotek group and began to be called JSC Marbiofarm.

2004

In 2004 the organization was included into Pharmstandard group and began to be called JSC Pharmstandard-Marbiofarm.

In 1992 the enterprise (organizations) found the status of open joint stock company, and in 1997 was a part of the international pharmaceutical corporation ICN Pharmaceuticals.Inc. also JSC Ai Si En Marbiofarm began to be called.
