2018: Updating of the CRM system on bpm’online

The NORBIT company (enters into group of LANIT) announced on November 15, 2018 project completion on completion and updating of the CRM system based on the Bpm'online platform from Terrasoft in "Moscow School of Management Skolkovo". Changes of a system allowed the staff of business school to manage more quickly sales of educational services and to collect a feedback from clients.

Main objective of the project of steel completion of integration with a personal account, setup of new printed forms and updating of the platform to the current version.

At the time of the beginning of cooperation with NORBIT at business school the bpm'online system based on which the basic corporate business processes on sales and formation of analytics are configured already functioned. In a system basic sections (leads, contacts, partners) are adapted, sections registration and feedback coupling are created. Integration with telephony and a personal account at the official site of school is also configured.

NORBIT carried out completion of the solutions bpm'online sales and bpm'online marketing for ensuring quick access to contact information and formations of the necessary reporting.

Updating of a system took place in eight stages. For this period specialists of NORBIT developed the plan of data migration, spent a full stroke of testing and updating. As a result a system corresponds to the version of the bpm'online 7.11 platform.

2015: The project based on Bpm'online

In 2015 in "Moscow School of Management Skolkovo" the project based on the Bpm'online platform is implemented.
