According to the CNews Analytics ERP-ß¿ßÔѼá, Compass ranks 1st in mechanical engineering in the number of projects implemented in Russia and 3rd in industry as a whole.

ERP system "Compass" is the winner and laureate of numerous business software competitions. In particular, she was recognized as the winner of the Business Software competition in the nominations Labor and Wage Accounting and Automation of Accounting for an Average Enterprise.

One of the priority areas for the development of the COMPAS ERP system is timely support for changes in the constantly changing Russian legislation. Most of these changes come into force every year from January 1 - therefore, New Year's holidays are always the reason for the release of new releases. The current year was no exception. COMPASS released in August 2013 a new release of the banking industry solution of the ERP system of the same name. The release includes a number of new human resources and financial management functions.

The most significant of the new products are:

  • The functionality of forecast payroll calculations, which allows you to plan the payroll. Forecast calculations are carried out on the basis of variants of the staffing plan.
  • For banks that have branches with different subordination options, it is possible to combine several branches within one legal entity. Now the formation of financial statements, as well as the unloading of personal income tax reports, can be carried out not only for a separate branch or holding as a whole, but also for a set of branches belonging to one legal entity. You can still restrict individual users to one branch office.
  • Additional capabilities for auditing personnel accounting events that allow you to scrupulously track the authors of changes made even in a closed timesheet.
  • Updated travel expense calculation, which takes into account the payment of days of departure/arrival on a business trip on a day off.
  • When calculating sick leave payments for which days are counted in accordance with the Federal Law of 21-FZ, you can specify a different list of years for calculating and limiting average earnings.
  • The Overdue Payment Statement report has been improved, which takes into account not only the invoice date, but also the maximum payment date.
