Implementation of Infor EAM 11.2

In May, 2016 system implementation of management of production assets of Infor EAM 11.2 at the Yamal LNG plant with participation of specialists of the company of Meynteks started. Need of the centralized and operational management of maintenance and repair of the equipment at the new liquefied natural gas production plant which start is planned for 2017 became premises of the project.

Construction of the plant on liquefaction of natural gas is performed by three queues with start in 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively. The project provides annual production about 16.5 million tons of liquefied natural gas and to 1.2 million tons of gas condensate with delivery to the markets of the countries of the Pacific Rim and Europe.

The Yamal LNG plant is at a construction stage. The integrated management system and security (ISUB) for a production line of LNG 1 is implemented, the similar systems are developed for production lines of LNG 2 and 3.

Specialists of the company of Meynteks implement a basic configuration of the product Infor EAM 11.2 on Yamal LNG. She allows to solve a number of the major problems:

• Since the purchase moment, and finishing formation of the plan of a MRO and tracking of housekeeping overheads during all lifecycle of the equipment with an equipment output from operation;
• Formation of the long-term plan of service taking into account a set of factors;
• Operational planning on a calendar basis or on the basis of an operating time and also on actual state;
• Creation of a hierarchical structure of production assets with a possibility of tracking of housekeeping overheads on all hierarchy levels;
• Monitoring of technical condition and management of service staff;
• Inventory management, necessary for providing a MRO of the equipment.

Implementation of the EAM solution of Infor

Bass Bimsterboer (Bas Beemsterboer), the director of industry solutions Infor EAM, in October, 2017 during the presentation noted that the company expands a presence zone in Russia — in particular, in defense sector, the railway sphere, construction and petrogas the industry. So, among recent integration partnership — implementation EAM solutions from Infor in "YAMAL LNG" (the integrated project on production, liquefaction and supply of natural gas). Enterprise Asset Management, or asset management, first of all optimizes repair expenses, reduces a downtime and provides increase in productivity, becoming thus an irreplaceable element of IT implementations on large enterprises.
