Transtelecom and the Ministry of Communications of Tatarstan will be engaged in security on moving

The Transtelecom company (TTK) signed in October, 2017 the agreement with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan and State Budgetary Institution Bezopasnost dorozhnogo dvizheniya on implementation of a pilot project on the organization of fixing of traffic offenses on railway crossings.

The cooperation purpose - increase in traffic safety on railway moving in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Signatures under the agreement delivered the deputy prime minister – the minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, the director of State Budgetary Institution Bezopasnost dorozhnogo dvizheniya Minnikhanov Rifkat and the President of JSC Transtelecom Company Roman Kravtsov.

The Transtelecom company under the agreement from JSC "Russian Railways" performed equipment of railway crossings in the Republic of Tatarstan the equipment for photo and video fixing of traffic offenses. Transtelecom is engaged in delivery, installation and commissioning of special complexes which allow to fix in the automatic mode violations of traffic regulations on moving and to create facsimiles of the vehicle of the violator. Besides, complexes can recognize state signs of vehicles.

Within a pilot project information from photo and video cameras will be transferred to State Budgetary Institution Bezopasnost dorozhnogo dvizheniya for fixing of violations and collecting of statistical data. The organization is engaged in increase in traffic safety, decrease in level of accident rate and transport injury rate on highways of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing a proper operational status of highways.

The ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan will be provided, in return, by assistance in questions of approval of placement of Complexes of photovideo fixing of authorized bodies and also will provide collecting and synthesis of statistical information on implementation of a pilot project, including information on quantity and types of the recorded traffic offenses, the number of the issued decrees on cases of administrative offenses, the amount of income from payment of penalties gained in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
