2025: Nationalization of the Company

In mid-October 2025, the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to seize the assets of the STS Corporation Group of Companies into state revenue. In particular, the Intertechenergo - New Generation company has been nationalized, which specializes in the construction of power facilities.

The decision was made in the case of the appeal to the state of the assets of Ural businessmen Alexei Bobrov and Artem Bikov. We are talking about the STS Corporation group of companies, the beneficiaries of which were the named persons. According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the holding monopolized the generation and supply of electricity, water supply, as well as the management of municipal solid waste in the Kurgan, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen regions, in the Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts. The prosecutor's office found that businessmen received energy infrastructure facilities "due to their informal ties with the heads of federal and regional government agencies."

As a result, the Yekaterinburg court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the nationalization of the assets of Bobrov and Bikov. According to the service "Kontur. Focus," from October 29, 2025, the company "Intertechenergo - New Generation" began to belong to the Federal Property Management Agency.

As reported on the website of Intertechenergo - New Generation LLC, the company implements projects for the construction of its own generation facilities, and also attracts investors. Among the built sites is the November Steam and Gas Power Plant (PGE), located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug: it has an electric capacity of 120 MW and a thermal capacity of 95 Gcal/h. Another object is the Kurganskaya TETs-2, located in Kurgan: this station has an electric capacity of 225 MW and a thermal capacity of 250 Gcal/h^[1]
