The 1C-Rarus company announced on November 1, 2017 product output of "1C:CRM Start" for the companies of small business, startups and individual entrepreneurs.

Product introduction of "1C:CRM Start" showed what up to 50% of time of employees is exempted from a routine, the speed of carrying out transactions increases by 1.5-5 times. By estimates of the company, growth of successful transactions can be 40%, and sales — 15% based on express implementation. As result, costs for service are reduced twice and customer support cost falls.
