2019: Improvement of a system of a continuous purge of boilers
On January 9, 2019 The First Engineer company reported that it improved the system of a continuous purge of boilers of Komsomol oil refinery. Specialists of the engineering company made a full range of works on design, delivery and installation of instrumentations.
According to the company, support of necessary quality of steam in boilers requires regular withdrawal of a part of boiler water from drums. For steam production in the boiler house of workshop No. 6 the boilers K-1 and K-2, and on the catalytic reforming unit – two boilers KU-40-1M are installed. Before project implementation the consumption of blowing-off water in these boilers was adjusted based on analytical control, and sampling was made once in change that often led to an excessive consumption of water.
For the solution of this problem to "The first engineer" the task to automate the system of a continuous purge of boilers was set. Works on installation of instrumentations were performed: flowmeters, control valves and line sensors of salinity. As a result the system of a continuous purge of boilers became transparent and controlled for the personnel exercising operational management and service of electric units.
The system of a continuous purge of boilers allows the enterprise of a message remote control and control of amount of blowing-off water and also to reduce losses of boiler water in the boiler house and on the catalytic reforming unit. Mikhail Baklygin, CEO of The First Engineer company |
2017: Upgrade of the parokondensatny systems of installations of workshop No. 1
At the end of October, 2017 The First Engineer company announced project completion on upgrade of the parokondensatny systems of installations of workshop No. 1 of RN-Komsomolsk Refinery LLC.
Upgrade of the parokondensatny systems was carried out to RN-Komsomolsk Refinery within the program of increase in operational efficiency. Decrease in consumption of steam more than for 9% became economic effect of the executed actions.
Specialists of "The first engineer" carried out works on optimization of the parokondensatny systems for an exception of losses of steam through the systems of removal of condensate and optimization of operation of the paropotreblyayushchy equipment on installations of the enterprise.
Works took place RN-Komsomolsk Refinery on three installations: ELOU-AVT-2, ELOU-AVT-3 and UKR. Within implementation of "turnkey" this project engineers of Pervgo of engineer developed the work documentation, executed supply of equipment and SMR.
Thanks to wide experience of a project team and also high interest and professionalism of employees RN-Komsomolsk Refinery the non-standard solutions allowing to increase collecting and return of condensate from installations and to use it for a power supply of boilers utilizers thereby were applied having reduced consumption of chemical purified water. Existence of own production base allowed The First Engineer company to perform assembly of nodes and blocks up to standard and also to accelerate considerably mounting and balancing and commissioning on the platform, specified in the company.
By estimates of "The first engineer", implementation of data of actions for upgrade of a parokondensatny system will allow the enterprise to reduce steam consumption more than by 13 thousand Gcal a year.
