Biography
Yaroslav Vladimirovich Mandron was born in Yaroslavl in 1983.
In 2005 graduated from the State University of Management.
In 2005-2007 — the specialist 2 categories, the leading specialist, the specialist expert of department of property of the organizations of transport and communication of Management of property of the organizations of the commercial sector, Federal agency on management of federal property (Moscow).
2007-2008 — the adviser of department of restructuring of transport and communication of Department of state regulation of rates and infrastructure reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
2008-2012 — the assistant department head, the head of department of reforming of transport and communication of Department of state regulation of rates, infrastructure reforms and energy efficiency of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
2012-2014 — the associate director of Department of state regulation of rates, infrastructure reforms and energy efficiency of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Since January, 2014 — the director of the department of state regulation of rates, infrastructure reforms and energy efficiency of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Since November, 2017 Yaroslav Mandron is appointed the deputy CEO of Russian Post for strategy and state regulation. In this quality he will be engaged will be engaged in formation of strategy of FGUP Russian Post, creation of Project office for management of accomplishment of strategic projects, the analysis of the available regulatory and regulatory base of the enterprise and its optimization.
