For production of cable block boxes by the enterprise by the enterprise the MES PROefficient system of development BDE Engineering Gmbh (Germany) which represents the production executive system (from engl. Manufacturing Execution System, MES) providing information, relevant and important for production management, in an optimal form is purchased. As the contractor the IT-Consult LLC organization was selected.

This system allows the enterprise to consider in real time quantity of actually made products, the material consumption and speed of production of products. Data collection from the equipment is performed using the terminal which then transfers them to the relevant divisions of the enterprise for further processing. Using these data perhaps effective planning and production management.

Specialists IT-Consult executed delivery of the BDE terminal and the software and also made personnel training. At the moment one production line is connected to the terminal, connection of three more lines is planned in the near future.
