The solution BE CMS provided remote support of operators of Russian Post

The solution developed by the resident of an IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation Business Ecosystems company allowed to place servers of management in infrastructure of FGUP Russian Post.

Use of Business Ecosystems Console Management System (BE CMS) allowed to adjust safe communication and full control in interaction about more than 60 thousand workstations. It is possible to eliminate the arising failures remotely now - on average from 100 addresses a day concerning support of software now only 20 require departure of the service specialist.

A system has wide feature set of security – an authentication mechanism using one-time passwords, differentiation of access rights on the basis of contexts of security and lists of access control, journalizing of connections and audit of the performed operations. The solution allows to manage tens of thousands of workstations irrespective of infrastructure and quality of communication channels that is especially relevant for a geodistributed network.
