The Russian Post updated more than 76 thousand units of the cash register equipment according to requirements 54-FZ

The Russian Post at the beginning of December, 2017 announced completion of transfer of the cash registers to the updated application order according to requirements of the Federal law of 7/3/2016 No. 290-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Use of the Cash Registers at Implementation of Cash Monetary Payments and (or) Calculations using Payment Cards" of 5/22/2003 No. 54-FZ".
The Russian Post began preparation for change of technologies in July, 2016. For observance of requirements of the law it was necessary to finish the front office software, to buy a large number of the cash registers (CR) and also sets for the upgrade used by the cash register equipment, to sign the agreement with the fiscal data operator, to provide timely delivery of necessary number of fiscal drives.
All post offices having Internet access work on the updated cash registers brought into accord with requirements 54-FZ. The Russian Post provided transfer to the updated order of use of the cash register equipment installed at more than 76 thousand operational windows of departments of a mail service and 11.5 thousand mobile mail point-of-sale terminals — the deputy CEO for information technologies and development of new products Sergey Emelchenkov reported. |
The Russian Post including provided transfer of fiscal data from all operational windows of more than 35.5 thousand departments of a mail service having access to a corporate data network and worldwide network the Internet. After each fiscal transaction cash vouchers automatically go to the server of the fiscal data operator in electronic form. There they are stored, sent to tax authorities and on requests it are provided to clients. The Russian Post after transfer of the cash register equipment to the updated order of application had an opportunity to receive from cash desks online up-to-date data about all services and goods sold in departments of a mail service and also to analyze this information for quality improvement of services.
On checks which are received by clients of Russian Post necessary details are printed, including QR code for authentication with the help mobile application FTS Russia.
In those localities where there is no Internet access, in departments of a mail service more than 5 thousand units of the cash register equipment working offline according to requirements of the current legislation are set.
