ILS Online — a cloud service for logistic services.

2017: Announcement

The Intelogis company, the Russian developer of solutions of automation of transport logistics, at the beginning of December, 2017 submitted SaaS service of ILS Online for logistic services.

Service includes three modules: automatic planning of delivery routes, the plan-fact analysis based on monitoring and a control system for safety of driving. The solution has the modern interface, has wide functionality and does not require software installation or the equipment.

Planning of routes

The ILS Online service allows the staff of departments of logistics to carry out automatic planning of delivery routes for tens of units of transport and hundreds of points of delivery taking into account specifics of each separate enterprise.

Wide functionality of parametrical settings for motor transport, loads and routes, allows a system to solve complex problems of optimization of cargo delivery for the companies which are engaged in distribution, having own production or rendering different other services of transport logistics.

Analysis "plan fact"

The analysis of compliance of real passing of a route and planned, is one of the major an element of control and logistics management of delivery. In case of a deviation from the plan service informs managers on a problem, and it gives them the chance to react quickly to a situation and to introduce necessary amendments. Also the analysis of discrepancy of planned and actual targets allows to establish reasons for rejection from the set routes, to find possibilities of optimization and to provide the high level of service for clients and optimal economy.

Control of style of driving

The system module directed to risk reduction when driving and forming culture of safe behavior driving fixes potential and dangerous actions of the driver: sharp turn or maneuver, sharp accelerations and braking, speeding. On the basis of data retrieveds the rating of drivers depending on quantity, weight and weight of violation forms.

Data retrieveds can be used for carrying out work with personnel, building of KPI, carrying out additional training and other measures. Use of this service allows to increase the level of observance by drivers of the optimal high-speed mode, to lower transport operating costs, to control penalties for violation of traffic regulations and also to ensure safety of the transported loads.
