From the moment of foundation of the company, the command set a goal to create completely automatic system of planning of transport delivery which will minimize influence of a human factor and will provide optimal balance between costs for transportation and quality of service due to creation of several alternative delivery patterns of one day.

2018: Technique of increase in efficiency of projects on automation of transport logistics

The Intelogis company developed a technique of increase in efficiency of projects on automation of transport logistics for large production and distribution companies for which tasks of optimization of planning of delivery of the products are especially relevant.

The main objective of implementation of this technique – reduction of costs for planning and execution of delivery routes and also decrease in the commercial risks connected with quality of service and different types of penalties.

In a basis of this technique the complex analysis of all business processes directly and indirectly connected with problems of transport logistics at the level ERP, WMS and TMS systems, processes of routing, customer interaction and customers, registration of orders and formation of requests and others is put. The technique describes the principle of collecting and information analysis on more than 100 different units of data from which more than 60 have a direct impact on economy and risks.

Based on inspection multiple factor analysis of which determination of the achievable goals of implementation considering a current status of business processes and data of the company and also offers on necessary changes of the current business processes and their automation approved with the customer is result is carried out.

Applications of this technique allows to optimize work of logistic service of the enterprise for three key performance indicators:

  • Cost value of routes – set of the direct and indirect costs connected with value assessment of execution of a route;
  • Automation – reduction of volume of the handwork connected with planning of routes;
  • Management of commercial risks – risks of loss of the client, imposing of penalties and non-execution of planned requests.
