Central Research and Development Institute of the ship-building industry Center (Central Research Institute Center)

Federal state unitary enterprise Central Research Institute Center, since 2005, performs functions of parent organization on information analytically ensuring activity of governing bodies of a MIC.

The multidisciplinary scientific organization Central Research Institute Center conducts researches in interests Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia, Ministry of Defence Russia, Federal Guard Service the Russian Federation, Sea board at Government of the Russian Federation Military-industrial commission of the Russian Federation, the state corporations "Rostekhnologii" and "Rusnano".

Participating in accomplishment of the Federal target programs "Development of Defense Industry Complex", "Development of Civil Marine Facilities", "World Ocean", the institute created and supports databases of indicators of organization activity of defense industry complex using which information and analytical support of activity of industry departments of Minpromtorg of Russia is performed.

At institute long-term forecasts of development of science and technology for the benefit of defense of the country and security of the state, short-term forecasts of social and economic development of the industries of a MIC are developed. The method of carrying out weekly monitoring of taking measures of financial improvement of the MIC organizations using the portal of data collection is developed and functions.

At institute are created and function:

• MIC information and analytical center;
• the federal personnel center of monitoring of training of qualified personnel for the MIC organizations of the Russian Federation;
• center of scientific and information and analytical maintenance of activity of Russian Government Marine Board;
• center of statistical observations and analytical researches of the industry;
• center of program and target planning and structural conversions of the industry;
• the cross-industry center of ensuring pricing in the field of GOZ and others.
