The research defines the companies of the sphere of economy of joint consumption (KSEP) as the online platforms allowing people and the companies to integrate with the purpose of sharing of the resources belonging to them. ESP companies develop own quality control system of services based on trust of users, their estimates of each other: in particular, to responses and system of ratings. Traditional means of protecting of the rights of consumers are substituted with the mechanism in which users estimate and control each other', - Anton Gubnitsin, PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies comments.
Organizers of a research - RAEC, PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, with Yandex and AVITO select the following criteria of reference to KSEP:
- Online works
- Creates community of people - users and owners of resources
- Assumes use instead of purchase
'The economy of joint consumption, its services cannot exist without community of users. Thus, platforms of economy of joint consumption become the place where offers and users meet', - Gorny Alexander, Mail.ru Group notes.
ESP companies allow to use rationally resources or to exchange them, reducing load of the environment and allowing to gain an additional income to many people from the different countries of the world, thereby performing important social function. Revenues of the companies, as a rule, are no more than 15% of turnover. The rest is received by users.
Users of ESP, as a rule, receive additional earnings (about 25% of an annual income of family) which generally go on a covering of the expenses connected with the maintenance of property (fuel, payment of utilities, an insurance, etc.) and payment of taxes.
ESP companies allow to save not only to individual users of online services, but also the whole cities. They help to unload significantly city infrastructure (in particular transport), to simplify access to a number of services and goods.
Changes which are born by ESP:
