On January 24, 2018 it became known that the WaveAccess company configured data integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premises) and cloud services of Microsoft Office 365 for GoingRussia. Migration and custom synchronization of data were implemented using SyncIT.
Prerequisites
For work with clients — foreign tour operators, networks of the agencies and online booking systems — the GoingRussia company used several years cloud solutions of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. At the same time Office 365 services — mail, calendars, documents, tasks — were not integrated with the CRM system. The CRM companies it was not synchronized with Exchange, there were two parallel bases of contacts and accounts: data provided outdated information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and up-to-date information was supported in Exchange.
It did not allow the company to conduct effectively work with the growing base of clients and to collect analytics according to requests and sales. For optimization of workflows of GoingRussia it was required to synchronize all existing data, to update them and to configure integration of Office 365 and CRM.
Project Progress
Using the scaled and configured SyncIT platform specialists of WaveAccess transferred data and eliminated their duplicates, configured synchronization between CRM- a system and cloud services. The solution WaveAccess allows to transfer information from Microsoft CRM 201120132015///Online to Dynamics 365/Online, to carry out synchronization and integration into Microsoft CRM and also to import data from any structured database to Dynamics 365. With SyncIT synchronization is executed almost in real time. It allowed not to prevent specialists of GoingRussia from working and to avoid stops in processes.
Project Results
Using the solution WaveAccess GoingRussia it was succeeded to optimize workflows and to increase efficiency of work with the growing base of clients.
