On January 29, 2018 the Suprema company announced implementation of a biometric system of accounting of entrants and access control on the territory of RGU branch of oil and gas of I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent, based on biometric Suprema BioStation T2 terminals and the software package APACS Bio.
The biometric control system of access of higher education institution is integrated with an automated system "1C:University" that allows to keep economic account, to control introduction of payment for accommodation in the hostel, to manage access to the building and administration rooms of the University, to carry out monitoring of attendance of training events.
A system is used in branch of the University:
- Biometric identification provides the high accuracy, reliability and counteraction to frauds
- Use of the scanner of documents of REGUL provides fast and exact registration of entrants and allows to avoid errors at data entry
- Integration into the 1C:University system allows to reach the high level of control and to avoid the double entry accounting of data.
