Biography

Vladislav was born on September 30, 1967.

Vladislav graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation and Lomonosov Moscow State University, School of Business of the Open University of Great Britain.

From 1994 to 2000 he worked in the IT divisions of the Moscow Industrial Bank.

From 2000 to 2006 he worked as Development Director, General Director of CafeMax CJSC.

In 2006, he went to work as a director of Eco Development LLP, worked until 2008.

From 2008 to 2015, he acted as the head of the service, the head of the department of management systems of the enterprise of OJSC VimpelCom.

Since 2012, he has been working as Information Technology Director of Cherkizovo Group of Companies.

In May 2015, Vladislav Belyaev took part in the TAdviser ERP Day conference as Chief Information Officer and member of the Management Board of Cherkizovo Group.

Speaking at the TAdviser SummIT conference on November 27, 2025, Vladislav Belyaev, member of the board, director of information technology at Cherkizovo, spoke about the main areas of digitalization in the group of companies.
