Was born on December 5, 1985 in Vladimir.

2009

HSE

In 2009 graduated with honors from Higher School of Economics in the Law direction.

In 2013 defended the dissertation concerning history of science of constitutional right for a degree of Candidate of Law Sciences in dissertation council at Higher School of Economics.

Center of public reforms

In 2009 - 2014 - the legal expert of the Center of public reforms, the adviser for legal issues of Institute of legal support of public reforms.

2014: Federal Accreditation Service and HSE

In 2014 - 2016 - the assistant administrator of Federal Accreditation Service. In combination senior teacher of department of the constitutional and municipal right of faculty of the right of Higher School of Economics.

2016: Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

Since November, 2016 consistently the head of department, the associate director of Department of state regulation in economy, the associate director of Department of public administration of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Since May, 2019 director of the department of the legal basis of digital economy.

Awards

It is awarded with gratitude of the Russian President, twice certificates of honor of the Head of the Federal Accreditation Service.
