2019: Pilot system implementation of hi-tech management of the warehouse yard
On February 20, 2019 reported to FTO that on the distribution center of Vnukovo Group of Dixie the pilot project of system implementation of hi-tech management of the warehouse yard is successfully implemented. In 2019 scaling of this experience is planned for all distribution centers of the company.
In 8 months the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 was successfully implemented . Control of motor transport. Prof", finished under needs of DIXY by FTO company. This software became the platform of all project.
transport Special is developed for tracking of funds for territories of the distribution center mobile application, it is carried out integration the software with systems WMS- GOLD TMS GPS, ACS and also are developed user interfaces for operational monitoring of basic processes. Control is exercised both behind outgoing, and behind the entering traffic flows. It allows to receive and analyze information on whether transport is planned for everything runs of tomorrow, whether it is enough of it in a warehouse for the following runs whether temporary indicators on start of runs are performed, whether in time there come suppliers, whether there are queues on docks.
External users 1S:UAT - the hired transport companies involved during the peak periods of loading - have the limited access in a system allowing a message the motorcades and to confirm the order of transport.
A system is developed according to our wishes and means simultaneous operation of a user group. As a result of project implementation we promoted turnover of own transport on delivery, minimization of expenses on hired transport, ensuring timeliness of delivery and necessary processing speed of the entering product flow on raspredcentra. Besides, now we can automate completely the actual purpose of vehicles, manage load of drivers and also analyze the reasons of delays of execution of runs. 2018: Development of complex ISU for business process optimization
For business process optimization of multiformat network the retailer Dixy together with Microsoft developed the difficult information management system including a large number of non-standard techniques of accounting.
Service support for retail chain stores of Dixy is performed round the clock today.
Specialists, having won the internal tender of the company, started development for federal network 'Dixy' of the specialized configuration 1C: Motor Vehicle Management monitoring movement of hired and own vehicles.
Except setup of a configuration, the development team of FTO within the project of Dixy is faced by tasks:
- Perform a possibility of monitoring of vehicles with operational information display;
- Implement in a system functionality for control of calculations of rates, taking into account special requirements of retail chain stores;
- Provide a possibility of claims activities with transport companies;
- Integrate the program with internal systems of accounting and audit: GPS TMS WMS , etc.;
- Develop mobile application for control of movement of transport across the territory of the distribution center.
3 consultants and 4 developers work on the project. The project team completed a stage of approval of the customer and started development.
