AiTeco implemented in Rostourism analytics with 3D - data visualization to ChM2018 on soccer

The AiTeco company in March, 2018 announced implementation in Rostourism of advanced analytics with 3D - data visualization on the platform of the Russian development of iDVP (Interactive Data Visualization Platform) for ensuring effective use of budgetary funds and control of accomplishment of the federal target program (FTP) "Development of Internal and Entrance Tourism in the Russian Federation (2011 — 2018)".

Contractor Selection

Implementation of the platform of interactive data visualization and professional three-dimensional infographics in Rostourism is conducted by forces of the AiTeco company, according to the results of the won tender which became the general contractor of the large-scale project within the FTP on complex support of internal and entrance tourism in the Russian Federation.

Prerequisites

As of March, 2018, "AIS Tourism" is a complex from 19 functional and providing automated subsystems placed in the rented DPC.

AIS "Tourism"

According to AiTeco, use of Big Data becomes one of the perspective directions of complex informatization of Federal Tourism Agency. The project on development of means of interactive visualization in the center of monitoring for a subsystem of geoinformation and cartographic support of the AIS "Tourism" (TsM of the AIS "Tourism") based on the iDVP platform is to that an example. The system of the Russian development is based on technologies of modeling and the analysis of situations, including space 3D - infographics.

According to the deputy manager of Rostourism Nikolay Korolev, data can have huge potential cost, but for lack of the tools allowing to interpret them in terms of key indicators and results, they will not cost anything.

In the field of the business analysis we use both classical BI tools, and new approaches to improvement of this segment to the solution of the current tasks. The TsM application of the AIS "Tourism" provides significant progress in the field of detailed representation of indicators based on our activity and to the level of efficiency of execution of works within the federal target program — Nikolay Korolev noted.

TsM of the AIS "Tourism" allows to understand in several minutes a situation, to see all regions of Russia in three-dimensional space and to estimate the potential of everyone on number of regional events, sights, tourist routes. The configuration provides evident efficiency evaluation of use of budgetary funds, development of activities and success of accomplishment of assigned tasks. The user of the application, passing on tabs, sees the broad picture on the amount of financing by the sources of replenishment of the budget provided by the FTP, for execution of program obligations by investors, the number of the agreements signed with contractors and on the general activity of the region. At the same time the cartogram shows data as at the moment, and in a retrospective, displaying dynamics and development of indicators.

The agency intends to optimize application components with professional three-dimensional infographics, to increase number of visual reports, to add new parameters for more detailed analytics of data with the purpose of quality improvement of tourist services and security of tourism.
