After transition to the next version of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), experts Frontstep booked audit of production business processes of JSC IPF SIBNA which showed the high level of enterprise management methods. Audit allowed to reveal also the uninvolved functionality of the modules ERP systems useful to the enterprise in the conditions of the increased demand and to create recommendations about further development of a system.

The recommendations created by experts Frontstep contain, including implementation in processes of work of modern technologies of shaped coding. The system of operational data collection by means of scanning of barcodes at each production phase of finished goods of TsUP: Data Collection (TsUP: DC) considerably will accelerate work of all services of the company.
