2018: Areas of Activity

As of April 2018, Business-Azimut (LLC) has been operating in the consulting services and information technology market for 11 years (since 2007). The main activity: analytical work in IT projects.

Areas of activity:

• development of information systems and advice in this area;
• Analysis, description and reengineering of business processes.

The company's specialists had experience in successfully performing consulting projects and projects for the development of information systems for government customers, commercial organizations, and also helped system integrators in the implementation of projects in terms of analytical work: collection and analysis of requirements for information systems, formation of technical specifications, development of technical solutions, design and operational documentation at any stages of the IT project.

The company was ready to complete the work or help with the analytical work in any IT project, for example:

• Develop the concept of IE creation
• Collect and analyze IE requirements
• Simulate and describe AS-IS and TO-BE business processes in the required notation (e.g. IDEF0, eEPC, UML, BPMN)
• Develop the technical assignment for the system
• Design DB a future system (e.g. in IDEF1x notation)
• Develop the documents of the Technical Design and Detailed Design stages
