Integration of MIS with a system of accounting of the Social Insurance Fund
On June 21, 2018 BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, announced ensuring exchange of electronic leaves of disability in RSO - Alania – the company integrated the medical information system (MIS) with a system of accounting of electronic sick leave notes of the Social Insurance Fund (SIF).

Information exchange between MIS of the region and the Social Insurance Fund is provided as follows: the doctor fills out the sick leave note, appends the digital signature and sends to the system of the Social Insurance Fund which, in turn, carries out purpose of benefits and their payment. So, a number of problems for inhabitants of the Republic is solved: queues, a waste of time on petition and printings, risk of damage or loss of the document. For specialists of the Social Insurance Fund processing procedure of data and control becomes simpler - a system provides transparency of the movement of data.
During operating time in a medical system medical records for 762 thousand patients are created, 3.5 million records to specialists of the medical organizations of the Republic are made of different sources including with EPGU.
Integration of a medical information system with MedVox
On May 8, 2018 the BARS GROUP company announced integration of a medical information system of North Ossetia into the voice platform of processing of telephone calls MedVox. According to the results of the project the call center of the Ministry of Health RSO-Alania is equipped by robots operators.
Integration with a medical information system allows the voice robot to write automatically the patient on appointment in real time, issuing only up-to-date information on availability of record, attachment of the patient. On the basis of the data obtained from the patient and from MIS, MedVox identifies the patient and individually configures record settings. At a call the patient calls the Full Name and specialization of the doctor, and MIS services allow to pick up optimal date and time of acceptance thanks to what record happens conveniently and quickly.

Also robots operators remind of record, at a call confirm to the patient or cancel acceptance. Due to integration about all this MIS occurs in real time that gives the chance quickly to use and analyze the acquired information, for example, to write other patient from the waiting list for the released time.
Robots operators invite to medical examination and carry out questioning based on acceptance to MO. 40% which answered a call agree to come with the invitation to medical examination that allows to implement the plan for medical examination ahead of schedule.
Also BARS GROUP implemented in the territory of the region mobile application "A personal account of the patient" which allows to register in appointment remotely. Thanks to the application, the user always has access to the electronic medical record, so, in real time can select MO, look at the history of visits and the recommendation of doctors.
