2018: Start in Russia

The international company "Arval", the player of the market of an operating lease, presented on June 19, 2018 to the clients in Russia the solution for control of vehicle fleets — the My Fleet Status web platform.

Thanks to My Fleet Status managing directors of vehicle fleets can obtain up-to-date data on the park at any time, trace key indicators on operation of cars and also in one click to unload the detailed reporting for further cost benefit analysis.

A system is updated daily, is available 24 hours 7 days a week from any device. The platform integrates information on parks of several legal entities / kost-centers in one place. For convenience of perception data in a system are provided in diagrams and charts.

On the web platform the managing director of vehicle fleet can see the complete information on the general park and each contract separately, lease and additional payments, insured events and penalties. Also a system allows to browse lists of cars which lease term already ended or expires in the next year. Such information helps to plan updating of the park and to provide prolongation of the existing contracts.

Besides, on the platform it is possible to compare how real indicators of run of cars differ from contract that will allow to avoid penalties at rerun and to save on nedoprobega.

The Arval company also aims to minimize a negative impact on the environment and pays attention to ecological characteristics of parks of clients. On the platform data on the number of emissions of CO2 — both on the operating park, and on the forthcoming deliveries and completed contracts are provided.
