2019: System implementation of "single window" for subjects of housing and public utilities

On April 2, 2019 reported to JSC ER-Telecom Holding that together with Institute of energy saving of N.I. Danilov (INES) announced the beginning of the joint project on implementation of a regional system of "single window" for subjects of housing and public utilities of Sverdlovsk region.

Implementation of an intelligent system MARS (the Resource-saving Matrix) based on the implemented project will allow to provide remote accounting of energy resources, collecting, storage, systematization and data analysis on objects of power and housing and communal services of the region.

The initiative is performed within the agreement of intent in the field of program implementation "Digital economy of the Russian Federation.

As the director of INES Sergey Bannykh reported, technical integration of the platform ER-Telecom about MARS already passed test and confirmed the efficiency.

Consolidation of efforts and joint project implementation will allow the region in the shortest possible time, without essential one-time costs and in full accordance with federal standards of "The smart city", to provide accomplishment of tasks of digitalization of municipal economy, and due to planned decrease in energy costs – according to preliminary forecasts it will be from 10-13% – to annually save for regional and local budgets about 820 million rubles, – the director of INES Sergey Bannykh.

2018: Agreement signature about project implementation "Digital economy"

On July 10, 2018 ER-Telecom Holding announced agreement signature with the Government of Sverdlovsk region, intentions in the field of implementation in the territory of Sverdlovsk region the "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" programs.

It is going to implement a number of the actions aimed at the development of telecommunication infrastructure of the city and digital economy in the region. For July 10, 2018 the company starts network of Industrial Internet of Things in Yekaterinburg. ER-Telecom starts a stage of study of projects and solutions which will become a component during creation of the program for implementation of the concept "Smart region" in the territory of Sverdlovsk region. Digital solutions of Holding will allow to keep development of digital economy at the expense of essentially other tools for industrial productions, the enterprises of power and housing and public utilities, business, city services and "The smart city".

The parties are going to hold the joint meetings and consultations directed to determination of sales opportunities in the territory of the region of the program for digitalization of economy and also to hold joint events, to create the commissions and the working groups for the solution of important issues.

The agreement signed between "ER-Telecom Holding" and the Government of Sverdlovsk region — an important step on the way of full-scale project implementation, aimed at the development of digital economy in the region.
