On July 12, 2018 the AAM Sistemz company announced system implementation of biometric access control in the center of cyberentertainments Yota Arena.
Pass to service premises is performed directly from the YotaArena halls. For security and comfort of employees as readers of a system of access the biometrics devices Suprema were selected. The project was implemented by Severay company.
For access control and a time recording on YotaArena about 50 biometrics devices Suprema are used: BioEntryPlus and BioEntryW2. Use of this equipment provided to the company economy of means: one device performs functions of both the biometric reader, and the access controller, and the reader of RFID cards and smartphones.
Information about 500,000 users and 1,000,000 events can be stored in autonomous memory of BioEntryW2. Fingerprint recognition happens to speed of 1:150,000 templates per second: the staff of YotaArena puts a finger to the reader and practically without delay has a pass opportunity.
The sensor provides the high accuracy of identification. Function of detecting of a live finger allows to reveal the models executed of the most different materials and to resist to frauds.
As the managing software the customer selected the APACS Bio complex developed for management of the biometric systems of access and a time recording constructed based on Suprema devices that allows to use possibilities of the equipment most fully.
Many APACS Bio functions are automated for simplification of work of operators and system administrators. The important function ensuring safety of staff of YotaArena is the automatic unblocking of doors on a signal of fire alarm. This function is duplicated at the programming layer – it means that in case of emergency of a door will open even if automatic equipment will fail, and all employees will be able freely to leave the premises.
Using the Time recording application of the software package APACS Bio the management of YotaArena can receive detailed reports about a worked time of employees, with the detailed or summary information on all deviations: delay, absences, early goings, etc. What is especially important, the application supports different diagrams and operation modes, in number "part-time job".
As a result, the customer received the technological solution providing convenient access control and a time recording of employees. Also biometric readers organically fitted into a hi-tech interior of YotaArena.
