2019: OptiPlex 7070 Ultra и OptiPlex 7071 Tower

On August 29, 2019 the Dell Technologies company provided the PC in the monoblock OptiPlex 7070 Ultra format. The configuration of the device allowed to locate miniature, but at the same time powerful components vertically in a thin and easy support for monitors, without borrowing centimeter of the excess place. OptiPlex 7070 Ultra is the compact decision without excess wires, at the same time it is a flexible modular product which can be configured during all lifecycle. The computer of Dell and its display can be upgraded and serviced separately.

As reported in Dell, poll of clients confirmed: the companies appreciate a possibility of upgrade of working PCs, besides they are attracted by an esthetics of monoblocks. At the same time users update computers more often than monitors therefore independent Ultra upgrades — an optimal solution which integrates advantages of traditional desktop PCs and monoblocks.

According to the producer, an opportunity to change the OptiPlex 7070 Ultra components guarantees flexibility and performance. The model provides:

• Updating of the computer and display independently of each other. Users at any time can replace, update or give any part on service.
• Ergonomics. The support is for this purpose developed for the monitor with a compartment for electronic components and protection against penetration (optionally).
• Flexible configurations for optimal work in the open space office.
• Possibility of configuring under different scenarios of application and styles of work. It became possible thanks to the support regulated on height or fixed, fastening of VESA, a bracket under one Dell MSA20 monitor or two Dell MDA20 monitors for the organization of a universal workplace.
• High performance and scalability according to needs of users: devices are equipped processors Intel Core vPro i7 from 64 GB of the RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD and 2 TB HDD.

According to a recent research of Dell, the two-monitor configuration can increase productivity of the employee on 21%3. The solution Ultra supports to three displays with diagonal from 19 to 27 inches. At connection of Ultra to the Dell USB-C monitors these, audio-and video signals are transferred on the general feed cable.

Also in August, 2019 the Dell company provided the OptiPlex 7071 Tower model which will suit the organizations using solutions based on VR for the organization of trainings or creation of a trading environment. Thanks to the high performance, ample opportunities of modification and modern accessories this desktop computer allows to solve assigned tasks quicker. OptiPlex 7071 Tower can be equipped with the Intel processors Core of the 9th generation, including the 95-watt 8-core Core i9 processor with optional Intel vPro technology.

As noted in Dell Technologies, the solution portfolio of OptiPlex is optimized on the basis of the Dell Technologies Unified Workspace platform that IT departments could unroll, protect, administer and support easily these devices, and users could work productively from the first day.

2018: Monoblocks of OptiPlex 7760 AIO, 7460 AIO, 5260 AIO and OptiPlex 3060, 5060 and 7060 PC

On June 27, 2018 the Dell company announced the beginning of sales in the Russian market of the desktop systems and monoblocks of OptiPlex.

As noted in Dell, the desktop systems and monoblocks of OptiPlex differ in the high performance, universality and reliability. Devices are developed in uniform recognizable style, with bright displays and a big variety of options of fastenings/installation. Built in by software of Dell Data Security provides a comprehensive protection from threats, and the solution Dell Client Command Suite allows to unroll and configure quicker systems and also effectively and just to manage them for all their lifecycle.

Systems are executed of strong materials and conform to the MIL-STD 810G standard.

Monoblocks of OptiPlex are equipped processors Intel Core the 8th generation with support of vPro technology and RAM of DDR4 with a capacity up to 32 GB. Depending on a configuration, computers can be equipped with technology Intel Optane for superquick start of the most popular applications. Monoblocks are equipped with the webcam of the Full HD format which in the switched-off status hides in the body. Support of infrared scannings allows to use Windows the Hello function.

Monoblock of Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO

According to information provided by the producer, the monoblock of OptiPlex 7760 AIO is equipped with the 27-inch InfinityEdge display. Depending on delivery option, the panel can have permission of Ultra HD, support of HDR and High-Gamut sRGB, or Full HD or 4K of Ultra HD and to support touch input. A system is equipped with discrete graphics and four microphones with Waves Maxx Audio technology for a clear sound at distance up to 3.7 m. The OptiPlex 7460 AIO model is equipped with the 23.8-inch InfinityEdge IPS display of the Full HD format and a big set of connectors. The Intel vPro technology allows to exercise system management remotely. This 27-inch monoblock with a thin frame of the InfinityEdge screen will be suitable for joint work of several users. It is completed with adaptive memory of Intel Optane. In the OptiPlex 5260 AIO model the diagonal of the screen is 21.5 inches. The customer can select option with the touch screen which is reading out up to 10 simultaneous contacts.

Also released Dell the OptiPlex PC in the form factors Mini Tower (MT), Small Form Factor (SFF) and Micro Form Factor (MFF): OptiPlex 3060, OptiPlex 5060 and OptiPlex 7060. Models are equipped with the Intel processors Core of the 8th generation and RAM of DDR4 (the maximum capacity — 64 GB). The OptiPlex desktop computers are delivered with the integrated module TPM 2.0.

The OptiPlex 7060 and 5060 models offer the choice between hard drives and SSD, graphics of AMD and Nvidia (with a possibility of installation of two video cards). PCs support connection to three monitors at the same time. The OptiPlex 3060 model is the compact solution with support to 32 GB of the DDR4 RAM providing different options of installation.^[1]
