1C-Rarus underwent audit of SMK on compliance to ISO 9001:2015

On July 18, 2018 the 1C-Rarus group announced passing of the next periodic audit which confirmed compliance of a system of management to requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

As it was reported, the 1C-Rarus company confirms 17 years compliance of a quality management system to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. Audit-2018 confirmed that key processes of 1C-Rarus group are organized according to the SMK high standards. The scope of the certificate issued by certified society DNV GL extends to offices "1C-Rarus" in Moscow (including the center of remote user support in Ryazan), St. Petersburg,Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Rostov-on-Don.

According to the company, the 1C-Rarus branch in Kazan expanded the field of certification: the company confirmed high-quality accomplishment of services for authorities and organizations of a public sector. Auditors noted interesting and effective synthesis of techniques of project management of Scrum and Agile and "waterfall" model. A special praise the built processes of customer interaction, the continuity of improvement and effectiveness of SMK in general deserved.

Audit confirmed that key processes of 1C-Rarus group are organized according to the SMK high standards, including:

• help in the choice of the software product, its sale;
• consulting services;
• design, development, commissioning and maintenance; information systems and a server framework (including remote support);
• services of a maintenance center of the CR;
• user training in training center.
