2021: Modernization of the AIS UP of the Ulyanovsk region

GK Project Practice has modernized the information system of project management in the interests of the Government of the Ulyanovsk Region. The transition to import-independent system-wide software was carried out to comply with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2015 No. 1236. The team of Proektnaya PRAKTIKA Group transferred to AIS unitary enterprise of the Ulyanovsk region to the operating room sistemulinux Ubuntu and PostgreSQL DBMS, filled a system with reference information. The system was also finalized under the changed regulatory framework. An open integration interface has been developed, providing the possibility of exporting basic information on projects and providing the possibility of unidirectional integration with related information systems.

2018

The project management information system implemented by experts of the Project Practice Group of Companies was tested by the regional project office of the Ulyanovsk region on pilot projects and approved for use in executive authorities. This was announced on August 7, 2018 by Project Practice. The information system will manage both the regional component of national projects and priority regional and departmental projects.

The transition to this system will expand the number of users who can post information in a single digital space of project activity. The system will be accessed by employees of regional authorities, municipal employees, project participants from subordinate institutions, companies and organizations of the region. Using the Forsyth PM system will reduce the burden on project administrators and members of the regional project office, allowing automatic reporting on the progress of projects and project portfolios. This is important when a large number of regional projects are initiated under national programmes.

The status reports generated by the Forsyth GM system will allow project managers and regional management to monitor the implementation of priority projects in real time.

In the future, Forsyth PM will be integrated with the electronic document management system, which will save project participants from paper doubles of documents and reduce labor costs.

Thanks to the use of a specialized AIS UP, the Ulyanovsk region will be able to improve the quality of project work and strengthen its position among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the "maturity index" of project management systems of the regions.
