| author '= Valery Kaplenko, CIO of Faberlic ' Business transformation concerns not only internal processes, but also interaction with customers. Since the specifics of our business are such that ordering and paying for products, as well as many other communications, occur mainly online, the presence of a single platform will allow you to aggregate numerous data and processes, as well as build trusting, personalized relationships with our customers. In addition, solutions from the SAP Customer Experience portfolio can be easily deployed to the cloud. |
| author '= Alexey Petunin, Deputy General Director of SAP CIS ' For buyers, the level of service is as critical as the quality of the product. The ability to know your customer and maintain his loyalty is one of the important competitive advantages for many companies in the B2C segment. SAP has solutions that help businesses implement large-scale projects to create omnichannel sales systems and customer service. They also provide full management of customer data in accordance with European laws, which is especially relevant for Russian companies doing business in the EU countries. |
