Biography

The Klimovsk Pavel Aleksandrovich was born on January 12, 1979.

2005: Spokesman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Since 2005 the Klimovsk seven years directed the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the lieutenant colonel's rank. Under its management in the Ministry of Internal Affairs the informational portal of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow, the law-enforcement portal, network of the websites of divisions of law-enforcement bodies was created.

2012: Head of Information Department of a batch United Russia

Since 2012 worked as the Head of Information Department and mass communications of a batch United Russia after his predecessor Natalya Virtuozova passed into the government of Moscow area after the former head of executive committee of United Russia Andriy Vorobyov (held a post of the deputy governor of the Moscow region later).

In this position Pavel Klimovsky was responsible in a batch for interaction from media till 2016.

At this position it densely worked with the deputy head of general council of a batch Olga Batalina who was responsible for information policy. In a batch Pavel Klimovsky's solution was explained then with family circumstances, he focused attention that he up to the end waged a propaganda campaign of a batch. United Russia claimed that made the decision on the eve of elections that leaving of mister Klimovsky was not treated as discontent with information positioning of a batch during the election campaign (it was developed in close cooperation with political bloc of the Kremlin). The place of mister Klimovsky was taken by the first deputy head of executive committee of the presidential movement "Popular front" Dmitry Minenko, he is considered the person close to the deputy head of department of domestic policy of Presidential Administration Timur Prokopenko who saved the positions and after replacement of the leadership of political bloc of the Kremlin. Madam Batalina instead of information policy of the party focused on party projects of United Russia which need of restart announced in a batch in September^[1].

2016: Vasily Brovko's adviser in Rostec

In November, 2016. Klimovsky directly before the Duma elections left United Russia in Rostec to the adviser's position in the field of communications of the director of special orders of corporation Vasily Brovko. The field of activity of Pavel Klimovsky includes information support of special projects of Rostec at this time. The child structure of Rostec — the National Center of Informatization (NCI) is going to become one of leaders of the IT industry. The company executes in a row to the FIFA World Cup on 11 billion rubles on creation of the software for FIFA services. Also the NCI services a uniform state health care system — Uniform State Health Information System developed for the Ministry of Health.

2017: Head of IT management of the State Duma of the Russian Federation

On August 02, 2017 Pavel Klimovsky headed management on information technological support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation where maintenance and development of information systems and information resources, development of the technical systems and means for ensuring activity of deputies and the device belongs to its duties.

The position for Klimovsk was formed as a result in July the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin remade one of the biggest Duma managements - management of information and technology and documentary providing which since 2013 was headed by Vyacheslav Yakushev. It is decided to be divided into three parts - information technological support, document flow and a public reception. Yakushev and remained the head of department of documentary providing^[2].
