2018: Announcement of service

On August 15, 2018 the Center of technical consulting of RDTECH company provided service – the pro-active support allowing to carry out the round-the-clock monitoring of information systems of the customer. The stack of services of technology consulting RDTECH is outsourcing of administration of databases, operating systems and business applications, expanded technical support, audit and migration – is complemented with one more service. The service of pro-active support of information systems provides the round-the-clock monitoring of the systems of the customer. At emergence of incidents which are defined according to the threshold parameter values of IT-systems set together with the client automatically works on their permission within the stipulated response time are started. At the same time the client selects depth and the nature of monitoring of parameters depending on business criticality of this or that information system in advance. The service differs in the flexible system of pricing allowing to consider the level of monitoring and number of manual operating systems.

The service of pro-active support is demanded in the market and allows to provide the round-the-clock maintenance of systems. In some cases it is possible even to exclude need of expensive shift work of own employees of the client. Our service allows to configure flexibly service under requirements of IT infrastructure. Among clients of service there are representatives of different sectors of economy, including media holdings, telecommunication, insurance and financial companies.
