Graduated from the Tula state polytechnical university majoring in of "Automatic control system" and has degree of MVA on strategic management.
Career
In 2009 Sergey Timoshin came Tele2 company, having held a position of the regional manager of the director of Tele2 Toole where started commercial transactions.
In May, 2011 Center where it managed to increase a market share and financial performance of Tele2 company was appointed to the position of the CEO of the macroregion.
Till 2014 Sergey Timoshin worked in Tele2.
