Moscowtimes transferred corporate mail to LanCloud cloud

On September 12, 2018 LanCloud reported that Cloud Exchange allowed Moscowtimes to increase the size of mailboxes by 20 times, having reduced cost by 50%.

Moscowtimes rather intensively uses e-mail in the daily activity as key business processes of publishing house are connected with it.

Having considered the offers which are available in the market, the cloud service of e-mail Cloud Exchange from LanCloud company was selected.

Specialists of LanCloud made seamless migration of mail from the old server, configured synchronization with the Active Directory and also helped to resolve issues of integration into corporate applications. As a result the Moscowtimes Publishing house increased the size of mailboxes by 20 times (up to 100GB) and, at the same time, reduced costs for 50% in comparison with earlier used cloud service.

For more than year of cooperation was only 1 failure in work of a mail service which lasted about 1 hour and for which LanCloud independently paid a financial penalty in the amount of 25% of cost of services. It confirms that it is important not only itself stated in the agreement SLA, but also responsibility for its violation. For the rest service proved to be as very reliable and stable.
